However, this might bring constraints in the use of some of Our features by You. We may use third party services for such automatic collection, however no personally identifiable information will be shared with such third parties, unless required under applicable laws. We use this information to improve Our websites and Services and to drive new product development. If You register an account with us, Your contact information will be stored. If You order products from Us, Your address and payment information will also be stored.
To avail certain services on Our Gokiwi Mobile Application / Website, You are required to provide some personally identifiable information for the registration process, which includes but is not limited to (; (i) Email address; (ii) Mobile number; For additional services we may require You to provide additional data which included but is not limited to (i) Your name, (ii) Your Permanent account number (PAN), (iii) Your Date of birth, (iv) Your Gender, (v) Your address, (vi) Your marital status, (vii) Your Fathers & Mothers name, (viii) Your income, (ix) Your company name, (x) Your educational qualification. We may require You to provide additional details, as and when required, in order to comply with any applicable regulatory requirement or for additional services/ products via the App and/or the Website, as and when offered.
We may also utilise data as per applicable law obtained from third party service providers authorized by You, including but not limited to data pertaining to the User’s credit score, to provide the App services and/or Website services to the User, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may also share any of Your personal information with any third parties when it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority.
Sometimes We receive information indirectly. If You ask about our products through one of our referral programs or reselling partners, or sign in to one of our products through an authentication service provider like LinkedIn or Google, they'll pass on Your contact information to us. We'll use that information to complete the request that You made. If You engage with our brand on social media (for instance, liking, commenting, retweeting, mentioning, or following us), we'll have access to your interactions and profile information. We'll still have that information even if You later remove it from the social media site.
We may receive information from Experian Credit Information Company of India Limited, Customer, Banks, Social media platforms/service, partners.

While providing your details/documents via the App and/or the Website, including but not limited to personal information as mentioned hereinabove, You expressly consent Gokiwi (including its marketing channels and business partners) to contact You through SMS, whatsapp, call and/or e-mail and/or to follow up calls in relation to the Services provided through the App and/or the Website, for imparting product knowledge, offering promotional offers running on the App and/or the Website as well as various other offers offered by our business partners.
We require You to provide consent for keying in or uploading your personal information, as may be necessary to process the Your application. Any personal information which requires to be keyed in or uploaded is required for enabling hassle free, faster and paperless (to the extent possible) processing of applications for financial products so opted/ availed by you.
You hereby give your consent to us to obtain your KYC details from CERSAI CKYC portal. By consenting to use and avail your credit information report through s, you agree that Gokiwi shall be entitled to rely on your authorization and consent granted by you to us. We may analyze and profile your credit information in order to assist you in being better informed about, understand and manage your credit score/rating, identify and inform you of credit products that are likely to be suited to your circumstances, to identify whether you may benefit from additional guidance concerning your credit score and steps you can take to improve your score and credit history etc.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access. All information gathered on our App and/or Website is securely stored within a controlled database. Access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your Personal Information We hold in our records, but unfortunately, We cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features. You may be able to add, update, or delete information. When you update information, however, We may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.
If you are no longer interested in sharing your personal information, please e-mail your request at:service@gokiwi.in. Please note that it may take about up to 7 business days to process your request or disabling our services on the App or Website. Some information may remain in our records even if you request deletion of such information from your account. We may use aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
Post termination of your account, We may continue to use your anonymized data aggregated or in combination with anonymized data of other users. We use this aggregated anonymized data for data analysis, profiling and research purposes. We may keep your contact information along with your application details (if any) for fraud prevention purposes and for the exercise/ defense of a legal claim or for providing evidence in legal proceeding(s).
Once your account is deleted, all related contractual relationships between You and Us stand terminated. The consequences of account deletion include but are not limited to the following:
(a) You will not be able to use/access Your account to log in (signing in) to the Gokiwi website and/or app, with your previous login credentials;
(b) You will not be able to perform any operations that require the account access.
(c) You will not be able to retrieve the personal information, transaction records, business data, and historical information under the account.
(d) You will not be able to use any of the Gokiwi Services.
Notwithstanding contrary to the above, the deletion of your account does not mean that all your account operations and responsibilities before your account deletion are exempted or mitigated.
You hereby represent to Gokiwi that, at all times during Your registration with Us:
(a) the information You provide to Gokiwi is and shall be authentic, correct, current and updated, and that You have all the rights, permissions and consents as may be required to provide such information (including Information pertaining to any third parties) to theGokiwi; and
(b) Your providing the information to Gokiwi and the consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access or processing of the same by Gokiwi shall not be in violation of any third party agreement, laws, charter documents, judgments, orders and decrees.
(c) The officers, directors, contractors or agents of Gokiwi shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the information that You or any other user provide to any of Gokiwi.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security of his/her account and must not provide these credentials to any third party. If you believe that they have been stolen or been made known to others, you must contact us immediately at service@gokiwi.in. We are not responsible if someone else accesses your account through the login credential they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Privacy Policy.
The security of Your Data is important to us. We strive to ensure the security of Your Data and to protect Data against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. For this purpose, We adopt internal reviews of the data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where We store Your Data. We shall adopt reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable laws for the protection of Data. Provided that, Your right to claim damages shall be limited to the right to claim only statutory damages under Information Technology Act, 2000, and You hereby waive and release Us from any and all claim(s) of damages under contract or under tort, to the extent permissible under applicable laws.
If You choose a payment gateway to complete any transaction on the app and/or website, then Your credit card/debit card data may be stored in compliance with industry standards/ recommended data security standards for security of financial information such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
We may share Data with third parties under a confidentiality agreement which inter alia provides that such third parties shall not disclose Your Data further unless such disclosure is for the Purpose. However, We is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive Your Data. We are not liable for any loss or injury caused to You as a result of You providing Your Data to any third party (including any third party websites, even if links to such third party websites are provided on Our app and/or website).
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of Your Data, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a force majeure event.
We have successfully completed “Data Localization” requirements as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. This means all our customer data securely resides inside on one or more data centres located within India.
If you have grievance or complaint, questions, comments, concerns or feedback in relation to the processing of information and/or regarding to the Privacy Policy or any other privacy or security concern, kindly send an e-mail to Service@gokiwi.in. Before We are able to provide you with any information or correct any inaccuracies, however, We may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details to ascertain your identity and to help us to respond to your request. We will contact you within 5 days of your request.
We're constantly trying to improve our Services, so We may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this page for latest information on our privacy practices. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information We collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.
If you send us job application documents such as your resume, references and cover letter, We will save and process these pieces of data. If you wish to be considered for future job openings and you consent to a longer storage period, your application documents will be deleted after 36 months. With applications that result in hires, the documents are forwarded to our HR department.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Gokiwi, its officers, directors, contractors or agents and any third parties relying on the Information provided by You for any losses, including all claims, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, assessments, interest, awards, settlements, penalties, fines, costs or expenses, suffered, incurred, sustained by, or imposed on Gokiwi, as a result of, arising out of, with respect to, in connection with or by reason of a breach or non-performance of any of the terms, conditions, representations, warranties or covenants contained in this Privacy Policy by You.
